how can i search within a Qstringgrid?

specially within a specific column of the grind and jump to the searched expression?

is this possible?

Try this one:
Dim i as Integer
    FOR i = 1 TO grid.rowCount-1
        IF INSTR(LCASE$(grid.Cell(SpecificCol,i)),LCASE$(SearchString))
            Then
            grid.TopRow = i

OK, I am still here, but I am only beginner in RapidQ (a little better I am in Visual Basic), mayby I will need further consultation ...) :-)
